No.... and for Health Reasons!
Your body lets off.... moisture all night long. IF you make your bed.... the moisture is TRAPPED... in the sheet and covers....and..... GROWS MORE BACTERIA!
Leaving the Sheet/s and Cover/s.... folded down.... allows the Air to Circulate and thus purges the Excess Moisture!
I also wash my sheets and covers..... WITH BLEACH..... to kill the Bacteria and Body Scale.... that breeds... MORE..."UCK!"

I am not a messy sleeper, all I have to do is pull the covers up and it is as good as new. When my boyfriend stays all night then that is a different story, It looks like a tornado went thru the bed when he gets up.

... almost always, except when my maid comes in (once a week) and changes the sheets. It's good discipline and helps me keep everything else in order. I also have a neat desk.
No, I am not a neat freak by a long shot. I know some of them and they're nuts.

No, NEVER, my husband and I are blanket hogs so we have two doonas each and that is all, we dont bother with sheets. We just leave the doona's in the same position they were in when we got out of bed.

I don't see a point because I will mess it up again when I get back into it... the only time it is made is when I change the sheets... and besides I keep my door closed so no one can see it.....

the only time that our bed gets made is when the sheets and blankets are washed every saturday that is all.

i make my bed right before i sleep so it'll be comfortable, but it's undone the rest of the day.
