I usually go more than what it says. Sometimes I am so disgusted in myself when it says servings 8 and I eat the whole thing in one sitting.

Especially with cereal I usually eat 3 or 4 times the serving size...I do pay close attention to the nutrition facts on labels...try to stay healthy...no high fructose corn syrup...I hate that label!!!

oh yes I do.
I try to pick the best combination of a couple comparable products, but there is almost always is sugar. Even salty stuff like chips or sauce. But I read every food label before I buy. I don't want to buy american products, nor israeli ones. For the rest I try to buy as much local products of the country I find myself in.

I rarely eat processed foods so I go by how many chops I've got or how large a chicken,
Potatoes and veg are cooked according to how many are at the table.

yes, for the sugar and sodium intake.
sugar, because I'm sensitive to it(i get hyper even as an adult).
and sodium, because i don't want high blood pressure AND it changes the taste of bodily fluids to a bitter 'flavor'. just being thoughtful for my husband!

i ignore serving sizes... they're only there to make the food look healthier than it is cos people accidently read that rather than the per 100g.
