You can file for divorce if your marriage has broken down irretrievably (that is, there is no hope that you can fix things), and if you have been married more than a year.

There are five reasons you can divorce her:

If she has committed adultery.
If she has behaved in such a way that you cannot reasonably be expected to live with her. (This is probably the most common reason and covers all manner of sins.)
If she has deserted you for more than two years.
If you have been separated for more than two years and she agrees to divorce.
If you have lived separately for more than five years.

You can "do it yourself" but you should probably speak to a solicitor who specialises in family law, at least initially. You should definitely see one if:

You have children
You've been married more than five years
You have assets other than your house and car.
There is likely to be a lot of arguing.

See the leaflet below for some good advice.

Either both the parties agree for divorce by mutual consent & jointly file petition for divorce by mutual consent & obtain the decree of divorce after 6 months or the person should move the family court for divorce on the basis of cruelty inflicted on him by his wife that broke the matrimonial home irrevertably, provide evidence to this effect & seek decree of divorce. In the first case since no challenge is given by either of the parties the divorce gets through easily but in later case the wife if oppose such petition it may take both time consuming (may be four to five years) & require lots of evidence to satisfy the family court to decide this issue & grant such dissolution of marriage by a decree of divorce. This is the legal brief with regard to divorce in such a case.

Simple.
Drink one quarter of Rum @ night and eat some boiled eggs along with it. Don't brush your teeth that night and keep your mouth clossed with a cloth. Next morning, you wake early and after opening that cloth which covers your mouth, say "Darling, I love you" to your wife.
You will get divorced within a week.
