DVD43 Help?

I installed DVD43. I inserted my DVD and the icon went from normal to devil face to green face. It says "1/2 devices detected - Idle." Is that all that has to be done with the program, or are there other steps i need to do through to decrypt my DVD?

just remove it and then reinstall it,,, if it didnot work out, then please change the software,, you have nothing to do with your computer.
