My best advice to give you is :

1. Do abs every other day
2. Do 4 to 5 different ab exercises a day. Do one exercise for 2 sets until failure every 2 hours during the day. This won't take much of your time, but takes dedication.
3.Don't drink Soda( drink water and natural fruit juices and drink gatorade before work outs and during), don't eat candy, or anything else you know thats bad for you, everyone knows what junk food is. EAT CLEAN and what I mean by that is eat none fried foods, and stay away from pizza, fast food, etc. Grilled Chicken,Eggs(whites), Brown Rice, Fruits, Vegetables, Lean Beef, Fish and other seafood, etc.
4.Eat smaller meals more frequently instead of eating 3 meals or less per day. Although eating until you wanna vomit feels good, having abs feels better.
5.Cardio is important because it burns calories and drops fat off places that doing abs just doesnt do. I like Sprinting so I find a nice short, steep hill and walk down it and sprint up it. I try and beat my record for how many times I can run up every time I do it.
6.As for ab work outs. Here are the exercises I do.

I hope this helps you.

There is no easy way to get a six-pack. It takes a combination of varying exercises to the abs in conjunction with doing cardio and eating right. Don't let anyone sell you anything that promises results without combining all three aspects.

Not that I have any as of yet, but I've been interested before, because I've got good upper body strength I wanted abbs too. To kind of even out. So I decided to ask a similar question, and the one that's theoretically correct would be, start running ( or riding I 'spose) and that will make you slightly fitter and help put on abbs quicker. Plus exercise is addictive, so if you come back from a good run/ride/jog you'll feel like working out.
