For those of you who enjoy this right as a citizen, give me reasons why you enjoy it? Why do you enjoy being able to express what you want to say?Back up your opinions please...

btw this is not hw
i'm just interested in what people may say about this issue. I mean most of you are right; freedom right now is beginning to limit itself...I'm just glad that we have the freedom to say what we want, provided that there's boundaries, and I'm just trying to see if there is anyone who shares my opinion.

:D

Certainly, i enjoyed the freedom of speech and expression. This is provided under our Constitution and-by Laws. This freedom is certainly provided because of our democratic system of government. I enjoyed it because there is no curtailment if my freedom to express and air my grievance if i have to. Provided there are certain limits to this if it is already libelous to a person and are unfounded for and no basis. By this right we could call to form a union and express a collective voice against unscrupulous entity or instrumentality.

Otherwise, if this freedom is not given our lips are always sealed and any form of speech might be used against you. This is undemocratic and violative of civil liberties.

Thanks for asking. Have a great day!

Because for one, I think it's soooo interesting!
What everyone has to say about one topic. So many ways
that are different and unique. After all isn't that what makes
life interesting.
If we were all the same life would be boring and very bla!
I don't even have a word for it!
He's special, I'm special, you are special so why not be
different. I thought of something you didn't and so on......
I like that everyone has the right to freedom of speech!
Especially me:)

Easy why should any one have the right to say i can say what i wish when i wish and why should we be forced to accept political correctness in our country i am English and proud of it if some one wants to visit or live in my country good on them i am honoured by this as long as they work and stay out of trouble but when they expect more Rights than me and i am expected to bow down and take it that is a different story remember a old saying whilst in Rome do as the Romans do if i went to their country i would follow there ways and cultures and accept it if i didn't i wouldn't go easy as that Dave

Because it is guaranteed in the Constitution but that is being eroded by the current devils in Washington. People are being locked up at secret prisons for being dissidents that means not agreeing with Bush! I don't agree with him so I expect to be locked up some day. What is the sense of dying for freedom, it is slipping fast.

Any time someone says "back up your opinions" it brings homework to mind. And homework brings what a learning opportunity you are passing up by just wanting the quick homework reply without having to think.
