I have not been pleased with Yahoo's services at all and am ready to ditch their webhosting services.
Can anyone recommend another webhosting site that has something like sitebuilder?

You may or may not be happy with Yahoo's service but the fact of the matter is they are the best.
I am not sure what the problem is you have with there service, but the fact remains they are the best.
Sitebuilder in fact can save you around a $1,000 dollars alone in software. Not to mention that I have used them for 8 years and have never had an issue with them or there service in any way.
The only time I ever had any issue with them was when I did something dumb like forgetting to SAVE. or SAVE AS. or PUBLISHING the site. So the problem was with me not there service.
They are the most reliable one I have ever found.
