At the end of 2001, it is estimated that all the gold ever mined amounts to about 145,000 tonnes. The USGS has world gold production at about 2,500 tonne a year since 2001. So, the total estimate to the end of 2007 would be about 160,000 tonnes or 5,144,119,418 troy ounces.

I found this:
The best estimates available suggest that the total volume of gold mined over history is approximately 155,500 tonnes, of which around 64% has been mined since 1950.
I calculate that if it were all put together in one place, it would make a cube of about 20 meters per side.

I read somewhere that, if all the gold ever mined was placed in a single solid cube; it would not be much larger than a two storey house. Of course, gold is so dense, that it would weigh about 200,000 tonnes.
