Well, I'll answer this question even though I believe this is a question that you don't really want answered, but you want an answer that backs up your opinion. Quarterbacks and running backs make commercial, and its obvious that this has NOTHING to do with his performance on the field. Peyton hasn't looked good because all of his receivers have been banged up including his main go to guy Harrison. Without Harrison or even third receiver Gonzalez, Wayne has been double or triple teamed leaving Peyton to throw to guys that are there just to be warm bodies and shouldn't really be on the field. Addai has been a little banged up so its not like he can totally rely on his running game for help. I don't get the Peyton haters just like I don't get the Brady haters. They are both very good quarterbacks and aren't the one's solely responsible for their teams. Peyton already has great football skills, practice ethic, and game field knowledge. That explains why he's a multiple Pro Bowler, MVP, and has a Super Bowl ring not to mention the multiple records he's broken. But based on your question, you don't want this answer, you want an answer that agrees with you.
I will give you this, most of his commercials are really stupid and I wish they'd stop giving him commercials. My all time favorite commercial with an NFL player was Eddie George, right after he won the Heisman, did a Tylenol commercial. These commercials should be funnier.

This is ridiculous. The man is legendary for his film study.
How is he supposed to have a good season when he is playing with the #4 and #5 tackles and the #4 guard, none of which is familiar with the Colts no-huddle offense (their greatest weapon)? For example, Ugoh gave up one sack and 2 hurries in 6 games. Charlie Johnson has given up 10 sacks and tons of hurries in 4.
How is he supposed to have a good season when the #4, #5, and #6 WR all turn the wrong way in routes or do not run their routes to completion?
The team is 9-2 with the two losses by a total of 6 points. Frankly I would call that a miracle under these circumstances and a testament to Manning's greatness.

Manning had a good season. He only lost two games and in one of those games, there were many players out due to injury!!!
Most of those players will be back. If not next week before the play-offs.
nine and two is still dam*ed good!!

I know, 9-2(losing one to the Pats by 4 and to the Chargers by 2), they seem to be falling apart. Being the #2 seed in the AFC conference is not good and barring a miracle, they shouldn't have a shot at the playoffs. Losing 11 starters really killed them and they could only be the 4th best offense and 2nd best defense after all that. Man, they are done. Douchebag!
