NO. As a little kid, I was confused for a time which was which. As expected I made a good effort and taught my 5 yr. old nephew right and left. Right is right and left is left - but the left side of the brain controls the right side and the right side controls the left side. An experiment that I did once was with a mirror. I set this huge mirror and tried to play guitar while looking at the mirror, but since the mirror inverts everything, I was totally out of place. That's weird huh? haha But I believe right is right and left is left.
