Use remote assistance, it's under help & support in your start menu. Make sure you only do it with someone you can trust though. Have you tried de-fragging? It's very easy. Just go to your start menu, all programs, accessories, system tools, disc defragmenter then follow the instructions. If you haven't done it before it will take absolutely ages but you should do it often. Also make sure you remove any programs that you don't use. Go to add or remove programs in your control panel to do this. Store pictures in photobucket instead of in your documents. Run a spyware and virus check.

You would need to have someone on remote assistance - that's all I know about that... So I will tell you about what I do know.

Your computer could possibly have a virus and spyware you should run both scans (links provided if you don't already have security software).

You may also want to defrag your computer (I would suggest doing this after running the scans). To do so click on start go to programs/accessories/systemtools/disk defragmenter. Also try using the disk clean up utility (can be accessed from system tools or by going to my computer right clicking on your hard drive and choosing properties).

Clean your registry there are free registry scans but I can't vouche for any of them (I purchased Registry Booster 2). This is another thing that may help user profile hive clean up http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=1B286E6D-8912-4E18-B570-42470E2F3582&displaylang=en

If you take all these steps and still there's no improvement you likely need to upgrade your ram.

If you still have a warranty or a service plan, some computer companies can actually fix the problem on their end. Dell, for example. You call their customer service, and you can grant them access to control your computer from their end, and they'll diagnose and fix the problem.

If you don't have this option, I would suggest to first get this:
goto www.download.com and search for "ad aware"
it's a spyware removal program, best free one out there.
download it, install it, update, then full scan.
After that if you still have the same troubles, take it into a computer repair guy.

Use VNC or UltraVnc software. Google for it. Make sure your PC have no personal data and confidential information such as address, saved passwords, bank account number, etc. You should not allow strangers to get into your pc online.
