Oh no ! Never ! Money and power and never gives us full happiness. those people who think like that are missing the most important thing that the best thing to achieve in this world is love and care from family and friends. Money and power can get us probably far in life. But not far enough becuase money and power come and go according to situations. It is a temporary thing. But relationships and love that u have in this world will never go away. It will always be there for u even in the hardest times in life. Money and power are materialistic things in this world but family and relationships have more meaning to it. The love we give will be always there for us even after we go away from this world. They goodness that u do in this world is what is going to make u the person whom everyone admire. Money and power never means anything. Think about it ! If a person uses their money the wrong way to hurt other people. That person is never recognized in this world.
Every child would want to say that my dad is a kind hearted, loving person. I don't think any kid would their mom or dad to be a person who has a lot of power and money but doesn't know how to love and encourage. personally I would love a dad who has a good heart more than a dad with a lot of money.
Every spouse in this world would want a partner who is willing to spend time and have fun with the family. When a family has enough love and care to share, money or power never becomes a problem. They will learn to share and adjust. Time is very precious and spending it to make materialistic things is not the best way to use that quality time.
Take for a man who worked hard to earn money all his life for example. Say that he never spend anytime with his family. U know, years later when that man retire and look back at his past he won't have any sweet memories.
Just like u said, if u think about this world as a race to defeat people and beocme powerful and rich, at the end when u look back, u would be totally lonely. But if that person wait an give a little love to other people, at the end that love would be there for him. See love is the only thing that u can for sure say that will never leave. love never leaves u. It never gives upon u ! U will always get twice as much as u give back to u. That is the beauty of love. That is what everyone should learn.
Money and power is good. But thinking and spending ur entire life time to gain more and more power and money is a total waste of time. It really is !
Money never brings happiness. Money and power has its own gains and looses, but love and relationships in this world never looses. It always wins. Love has the power to change anyone and everyone.
Money always get reduced as u use it or give to others. But love never get reduced as u share with others. That is the beauty of love. So my answer is NO !!

No Gentleman I think quite the opposite.Earning money and attaining power is an important aspect of each of of our survival.But to push them to the point of impulsive compulsion is a disease.The faster it grows the more difficult it becomes to contain.That is your life of Appearance and Masks and false desire.Such pursuits will lead you to less life,less happiness,less self-fulfillment.It becomes a real life nightmare.
Do not completely neglect your life of wealth and power achievement,but keep it in proportion.Allow that part of your Self which is Spiritual and Personally fulfilling take over as driver.It will not misguide you if it has been properly nurtured and nourished.You will experience less tension and less urgency in your life.Time will cease to be a god you honor.Other people who are real friends will become even more so.
Do not mistake me and believe that I am saying that work is not serious,only that is is not the only serious pursuit in your life.Surely you can understand the reasonableness of a happy medium?Are you so worried that statues will be erected for you?Cannot your impactment upon the Human Condition Be reverence of your name?Actions that are beneficial to those less well off will be revered for centuries.The important thing here is that someone who was worse off is now a little better off.Those who were once ignorant of Good and Bad are now aware of some differences.
Our family at Y/A is growing slowly but surely.However long it takes and whatever sacrifices will counter the Evil that creeps without letting up.We must counter with our dligence and Ethical Righteousneous.Gentleman that is why we must be so careful with those we Mentor.Their young fertile minds and consciousesses must be carefully tended to daily.WellKeep Faith Gentleman. Yes, i do find many people taking their work seriously and compromising their personal life just for the sake of work.
No, earning money or power is not everything in life. The main thing to earn in life is LOVE and RESPECT. That's it. If one has respect and love then whats the need of power.
Of-course everyone needs money to fulfill their dreams and some might even think of power. But i think love and respect should be given the first priority, then money and power.
Wealth can go anytime, but if you have someones love then you in yourself is a great person and you have achieved many things.
So simply just dont go on giving much importance to your work life and simply neglecting your personal life. As i have said million of times, would again like to say....
" LIFE IS TOOO SHORT...SO ENJOY AND LIVE IT TO ITS FULLEST..."
Dont simply waste your life back of power or money, that 1 day you might have everything but you will be left with no love, which is really very bad.....tc...sweet dreamz...bye....

Look dear i too agree but one thing is clear that without money in this world is nothing possible so all people give first prefrence to work form which they get money
but the other thing is that why do they earn to live a gud life with their family their personal life so i thing both are interrelated with each other they earn to live happy and to live happy they have to earn
Thats all so we should live a balanced life with both these aspactes

Different people different priority. But so many power & money doesn't determine your happiness as you will lose something important in your life which is family & friends ( relationship)...unless U can balance money, relationship & spiritual needs, then your life is without regret. Usually at the early stage of age (20-30 yrs old), career or money is important. But at the later age (60yrs & above), family is the most important. Money is not everything in the life....

There has to be a balance.
And moreover, its not only about money and power. When you reach a certain level in your job/career, you there are multifarious responsibilities you have to fulfil, towards your organisation, society or your country. And all of them require your time and energy. Perforce, you have to compromise on the time you can spend on your self or your family.

i think no earning money is just a necessity for a man to live in this world. i think that the most important in our life is having friends and family. money is just a material thing that only controls our life.

For some it is but it would not have been so because of x factors that influenced their thinking....the upbringing, traumatic experiences, people who taught them/ interacted with them etc ESPECIALLY AT THE EARLY STAGE IN THEIR LIVES.
If one having a smooth sailing in his growing up then that person must try to help any such person to understand that ALL THE RUNNING BEHIND MONEY will make u repent someday when u realize what u missed out in this life. JUST ONE HELPING ONE WILL MAKE A DRAMATIC CHANGE IN THIS WORLD OF OURS...........HEY Gen......
