that such countries define ' corruption ' differently. They see what we define as 'Backhanders' as merely the ' oil' that greases the machinery of government. How can we bridge the gulf ?./...or do we 'Play thegame?'....like many suspect we do! I will not bore you with the many examples of this dillemma that could be cited... the list would be too long!!!! Is this another example of a cultural clash of business protocols or just downright Curruption by the greedy few...so sod everybody else!!!!

I'm not so sure that our government doesn't see corruption the same way. We have a lot of corruption in our government too. They seem to think it is also the oil that greases the wheel (or machinery). Until we can straighten out our own corrupt government, how can we be an example for other governments?
