What do you think! of course its illegal to kick hedgehog or any other animal you could be prosecuted ending up with a large fine.
So if you are the sort of person that goes round kicking wild animals then you ought to be locked up! and have a large fine, or even better someone giving you a good kicking.

It is unnecessary to hurt or harm a living creature when there is absolutely No Call for it. It is not illegal to kick a Tiger or Lion or an animal that can fight back ,and you certainly wouldn't try. So kicking a defenceless creature for the fun of it is just plain Cowardice.

Yes under the UK Mammals protection Bill 1996 it would be an offence and you would certaintly be arrested and charged.
But I know this wouldn't happen to you as you are just asking an 'amusing question'.

Yes it is illegal and I was delighted to read in my local paper that a dung maggot who did such a thing was sent to a young offenders institute for six months. I hope he got a very sore bottom.

yes, it is classed as animal cruelty,but if you were walking along and accidently kicked it because you didn't see it then i don't think you will get arrested and taken to court then beaten up in jail for being so nasty.
