I know there are some angry answers here but this is serious. I just don't think they have the same capacity as men to handle the machinery.

ooohhh. See a lot of defensive women on the answer list. But if the A/C was being flown by 2 women I'd have to wonder. The same with 2 men. Get over the gender issue, please. I've known phenomenal pilots of both genders and have no preference. Makes no difference to this cat.

As long as they are trained and professional in what they do, whether they are man, woman or other, does not matter.

and studies have shown that women are better at driving because of reaction times and concerntration.
