You could have an infection going on but the only way to find out for sure is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think could be going on.

i have this sometimes. It means you have thrush, a yeast infection. all you need is canesten cream, just apply that until it clears up. if you are irritated aswell you will need to get a tablet aswell
