Somewhere in the Bible it says beware the number of man for it is also the number of the beast and that number is 666.I think its in the book of revelations.

Historically 666 was not the devils number it was Christ's. The devil's number was 555, but because of pagenist and the church trying to eliminate certain aspects of that religion
666 is added to make 18 which equals 9 which is broken down in threes, it was common in Ireland, they changed the Lord's number to 777 and the Devil's 666. People are now days taught that it is an evil number and its more less ingrained in us.
