It is possible to have a miscarriage with no pain at only 10 weeks, but you would know because you would have blood clots and you would bleed a lot. If you just had a little blood you should be okay but call the doctor just to be safe.

Yes it is. I recently had a miscarriage and had no pains. If it wasn't for the bleeding I wouldn't have known. I was only about 4-5 weeks tough so it could be different.
I wouldn't worry to much it might have just been because of the sex. Monitor it for a bit. If it doesn't happen again then it was just from the sex, and I would lay of it for a little bit. If it keeps up then seek medical advice.
Sorry to your partner for telling him no sex for awhile LOL, at least until you've spoken to your Doctor about it and are past the danger time.

If its just a little bit of blood and it stops you should be okay. But saying that, if you have a negative blood type, you should see your doctor about any bleeding as your baby may have a positive blood type which could cause you problems.

Sometimes during sex, deep penetration may graze the cervix which is quite sensitive at this stage and might bleed a little. This is not a sign of miscarriage. If stops immediately after sex and you do not bleed anymore after that, then its just he cervix that was a little bruised. maybe you should avoid deep penetration for a while. Should you continue bleeding/ spotting, then please see your dr/gynae. Goodluck!

It's normal to get spotting. But just in case, you should go to the doctor. You won't start your period for a while, not until the pregnancy hormones leave your body.

Sometimes you will spot after you have intercourse when you're pregnant. As long as it goes away and you don't have any cramps, you should be fine. You can always call your doctor just to make sure.
