How can you tell a white betta is ready to spawn even though she has a white spot?

you can see stripes on her, so can you be sure shes ready if you can see horizontal lines or vertical to know if she is scared or ready to mate

You can hardly see the stripes on her, but you can see the eggspot
which looks like it looks on a dark female

and the stripes are suppose to be vertical
