I've seen articles that say our BCS title hopes are barely alive. What would have to happen for KU to play for the title?

nope there done,missouri has to lose wv has to lose ohio st is done-s they did have a dream season tho for once the doormat of big 12 gl in bowl...

West Virginia plays against a 4 & 7 Pittsburg this weekend, so that should be a gimme for them, barring an upset. but then again, this is a year of BIG upsets for the top 10 teams the whole year. Mizzou is playing a tough Oklahoma team this weekend. Ohio State has a better chance of going to BCS championship game. If West Virginia does lose to Pittsburg, they will drop far in the BCS standings. If Mizzou loses by a small margin to Oklahoma, they will probably drop to number 2. But if they lose big, they might drop big. Ohio State moves up to number 1. Kansas will still be in a BCS bowl...but highly unlikely in the BCS championship...go to bcsfootball.org....you can learn more there...(sorry dude...this is only my opinion, so haters can just step off) GO USC!!

no kansas is done in the bcs title picture. both ohio st and uga would be ranked above kansas if WVU and mizzou happen to lose. and then if lsu and va tech win their conf champ games they would both jump kansas too.
the only 5 teams with realistic bcs title shots are WVU, mizzou, Ohio st, Georgia, LSU
i think the bcs would make certain lsu would be in the nat title game over uga. it would be embarrassing if the dawgs didnt win the SEC but played in the nat champ game
