I assume you mean 49 to the ½ power.
49^½

This is the same as:
√(49)

If you solve this, it is the same as:
±7

49^1/2 is really just another way of writing the square root of 49, so you just put the 49 in the radical. If you have to solve for that, the answer is 7.

i think it is square root of (9801/2) or the square root of (9801 divided by 2)
