I'm with King Kjors on this one. The answer is Bret Hart.
Sting was pretty good, though.

I kinda depends on whether each is a face or heel.
Charasmatic goes to sting as a face, When Bret went Heel he was very charasmatic, but in a flaunting way.
Entertainment- Bret Hart as a face. Hart sucks at wrestling when a heel, he uses more brass knuckles than moves, Sing still wrestles when he's heel.
Quality- Bret Hart face and Heel
Technique (No contest) Hart by far when a fan favorite but he loses it when the fans are against him, same with Sting. I'd say a tie when both are the bad guys.
Everyone likes a wrestler with face paint, but for the most part, Bret is an all-around better wrestler.

Bret Hart is the better wrestler(not saying Sting isn't a good wrestler)but Sting is more iconic.
