As Salaamu Alaykum,
I like going to my room to cry and read the Qur'an. The Qur'an comforts me.
Ma'a Salaamah

To the woods. The smell of the forest, the sounds of animals and the wind making it's soothing sound as it brushes the tops of trees has a calming effect. Not too many things in my life make me sad but fortunately I have a place where I can go instead of being in dreary surroundings such as a car in traffic or noisy coffee shop for example.
