Of course I'm my own worst enemy--I don't let anyone else close enough to me to stab in the back. I don't carry handcuffs as though I were Public Enemy # 1 for everyone to see, but you might find a couple soft scarves that could do the job in a pinch. Besides, I have it on very good authority (my psychiatrist) that I'm my worst enemy and the biggest BI*CH ever.

Yes, I am my worst enemy whenever I take criticism as an insult. This prevents me from learning more about myself and stunts my personal and professional growth. I am also my worst enemy whenever I give advice to others who aren't interested in hearing it. I am a bother to others when I do this. But most of all, I am my worst enemy whenever I am over confident. I become careless, thoughtless and I always get myself in all sorts of trouble.
