That laugh just sends chills down my spin!!!...its a delay tactic that is used to refocus you from the question..then she usually goes into some type of attack on the one who asked the question, dances around the question, and leaves most people so confused they don't realize that she never ANSWERED the question...she can't expose her true beliefs or she would never get elected..she can never answer the hard questions...if she does, you can be sure it was a focus group brain storming reply and not one from her heart.

The best way to answer an uncomfortable question is with another question. Perhaps her answer is so controversial that she doesnt feel she can tell it like it is, so she does the "stall" to try to get out of it without losing her support.

She knows that we know what she knows we know. Inwardly she is a tremendously insecure woman who has zero respect for herself. It's a cover for the fragile ego trip she is on. By staying with Bill after the way he publicly humiliated her she is showing everyone the total lack of respect she has for herself. She stayed with the jerk just to be able to run. Hillary is very canny. She LOVES to answer questions, just as her husband did. GW Bush, in contrast, hates to answer questions, and often he doesn't feel he -has- to answer them.
She laughs to make light of the question. I know, she sometimes sounds like a witch, especially if you hate her guts. 8^) Hillary knows that questions must be answered very carefully because the Republicans are always looking for something they can twist out of context or exaggerate.
