I know the Nintendo Wii's are flying off the shelves, the X-Box 360 is well established, and the Sony Playstation 3 just has killer graphics, but now that a year has gone by, which one of these gaming systems can offer me the biggest bang for my buck? They all seem pretty decent.

Well it really depends on you, the wii offers mainly fun simple games that are more focused on the social gamer. Wii is good if you dont invest alot of time in games.
The Xbox 360 is my favourite as it offers alot of exclusive game titles. Xbox live is amazing with the ability to talk with all your friends and play with them.The Xbox is also cheaper than the Ps3 and offers everything that has and more.
Ps3...... well what can i say. It has blueray but there are very few blueray movies so i cant say thats amazing. I would only go for Ps3 if i had loads of money and wanted to impress people for about an hour till they saw the guy down the road had Halo 3 on his Xbox

I have all three. I would go with the 360 now because of the amount of great games that it currently has and the near future. The ps3 is a good choice but the heavy hitting games don't come out until late summer or winter.
The WII is by far the worst choice. The way that the disks are formatted and the type of reader that they put into the system the games will not get better and i believe is soon to be dead.

Microsoft's console remains the machine of choice for most hardcore gamers at the moment, even if the machine's failure rate s are a major frustration. A great library of games and a fantastic online strategy are the system's strongest points.
The PS3 is an impressive piece of technology. It runs quiet, it looks great, and it's the ideal choice for a movie player in any home theater. On the game side, it has yet to prove its superiority over Microsoft's machine, and it doesn't have the quirky innovation of the Wii.
The Wii is the clear winner for families with young children and gamers who love the old-school characters like Mario and Zelda. Its motion controls are innovative and extremely exciting at first, but the tech behind the games themselves is lacking, and delivers graphics far inferior to either of its competitors. It also has almost no true multimedia capabilities.

Hate to say it, but I'd go with the PS3. It's like an investment; but when the killer games come (MGS 4, GT5, Tekken 6, etc.), you will be glad. Quality games that match the quality of the PS3 take so much time to make. But waiting sucks ....

They are all good, but it depends what you want out of your console. [refer to the sources]
You should look at what games are released on each as well, and which ones you'd like to play.
I own a Wii, because I always play videogames with my friends and family [most of which aren't all too good at videogames]. And I love Zelda and Mario. It doesn't have spectacular graphics like a playstation or Xbox360, but I don't really mind.

well if you want something that you can play in your home i would probably go for a ps3 because the graphics are amazing and if you have wireless yo can get games and movies off the net straight on your ps3 but if you want something that's portable the i would go for a psp because the grafice are still very good and you can get things like the net on it movies pics and music and its all in your hand and the games are great

wii for fun light heated games, 360 for intense games with brilliant graphics/gameplay/everything or a ps3 for few games high price and you need a hd tv for good graphics on a ps3.

if you want rpg/action games and some extras, get the ps3. if you want shooting/action games, go for the 360. if you're just a casual gamer looking for some fun games, get the wii.

i reckonmend the wii for sick game play with friends and the 360n for back up when u just wanna play stuff by yaself halo 3 is unreal man i been crankin it for weeks clocked it twice already a ps3 is not bad 2 we all need enough money to own all 3 thats wat i want any way catch.
