The Godfather Saga. The three movies together are an amazing story of how someone can go to some of the most extreme evil and yet repent.

Michael Corleone got so bad that he eventually had his own brother Fredo killed. But later in life when he began to see what his life had become because of his choices; he made amends with God by confession to a priest. Afterwards he tried to live his life in a Godly way (trying to get back with his wife and kids, foregoing revenge on those who wronged him, etc.).

hi,my friend
Life is Beautiful

as the title suggests, there is no movie that I have seen that makes me feel more able to see my place in the world and know what I am about and what life is about. It is very funny and also very sad. It effectively turns from a silly romantic comedy to a tragic family story; that is so rare. Yet the main character’s love fro his little boy and his wife never strain, no matter what he must should on their behalf. I think that we should all be able to see the world through the eyes of Guido.
good luck

That's a tuffy. It's like picking the best song ever, any category to choose. but of recent movies, i'd say "forrest gump" because it was really cool how they had him included in historical settings, and not that it has anything to do with Tom Hanks, it just happens to be "The Green Mile" because it was sad how the 'gifted' guy got killed anyway and tom hanks had to suffer the consequences of not standing up for him. Kind of a life lesson overall.

My favorite movie at the moment is The Cell. The Crow is my favorite of all time, though, if that makes sense...
