Foreskins come in different lengths just like penises do. So if you live somewhere in Europe or a similar country, where males are almost never circumcised, they probably just have short foreskins. If you live in Australia or Canada, sadly a small proportion of younger males are still genitally mutilated by their parents and they may indeed be circumcised.

I guess some guys who are not actually circumcised might have a short foreskin or might push it back so they could try and pass for cut. But to me, I can always tell, and I prefer to be with guys who really are circumcised. I think it looks best when they have a neat, clean penis with none of the extra skin hanging over the top.

When erect and ready for action, all penises look pretty much the same. When flaccid, the foreskin hides the head of the glans if a man is intact.

I have the same thing:) im not circumsized though...it's because when i get a hard on its a lot bigger and longer than when its flaccid, so when you get a hard on the the foreskin stays back because your schlongis longer than the foreskin...make sense?

They probably are circumsized. Some guys also just have a smaller foreskin.

Because they are!!! Someone uncircumsized has the foreskin covering the penis.

maybe they are circumcised...
keep in mind there are three ways to be circumcised: asian cut, german cut, and the american cut

Because their parents cared for their future health and sexual well being and had them circumcised!
