my brother is 13 years old he dosnt listen to hes mom or dad and older brother his older brother trys to act like hes dad because he sees hid dad dont do anything about his attitud and he wants to do what ever he wants for example he needs shoes my mom buys them and befor she buys the shoes she tells hem to take the ear gagues off he does it but afther he has the shoes he puts them back on what do you people re comend we should do???? hes also failing most of his classes

your brother is not your responsibility -- but the responsibility of his parents... they need to tend to him.
if you feel you can help by discussing this with his parents, then do so.
otherwise, take care of YOU and do your best....

i would talk to your parents cause if they dont think hes acting out of control then theres a problem
i have a brother same age and he is exactly the same and my parents are considering behavior camp

That is not your problem. that is your parents problem. they need to get him some counseling before it gets worse. The older they get, the worse it gets.
