This is exactly why I carry a couple packets of ketchup with me at all times. And a spork.

No....It is not disrespectul to use condiments. However, proper etiquette would require that you use certain manners when dining off the dead. For example; If you are sampling an eyeball, be sure to use a cocktail fork rather than a salad utensil lest you appear like a commoner. Further, it is customary to offer the women that are dining first choice of the dark or light meat. Don't be greedy. If it is a fat person there is likely a lot to go around. Yelling "I GET THE LEG" such as at a Thanksgiving feast will not go over at such an event so please refrain from such announcements particulary in the presence of the main courses relatives or significant others. Last but not least, you should always be involved in preparation as it makes you appear a great host. Thaw and undress the corpse, stick an apple in its mouth and make the entree a beautiful presentation. You will not regret it. Bon appetit!

Certainly condiments would make it easier to swallow your seatmate. But I wouldn't need condiments for some specific person/people. Naked flesh is best in that case.

Well if everyone was in agreement, that someone had to be sacrificed to save others, and that decision was unanimously agreed upon, I guess anything would go!... If your going to have to eat somebody to begin with, whats it going to matter what you do to the meat. I would imagine, you would want it to taste half way edible. It's going to be terrible eating human meat, probably taste like crap, so if you can make it more palatable, go for it!...Barbecue sauce, salt, pepper, tenderizer...maybe a little onion and garlic too!...yummm..I mean YUCKKKK....

Respect, etiquette & manners become irrelevant when you are fighting for survival. Even your morals, beliefs & values will be tested & you will be forced to go against them in such dire circumstances.

I'd prefer to eat them alive.....but I am thinking bad here.

Hmmm...I'd use condiments in order to be able to eat them.
I don't think its disrespectful. Who gives a crap in that situation right?!

I don't care. But I'd eat the freakin' pilot! It was his job not to crash the plane.

well to be truly respectful one should have some sort of dipping sauce, and maybe a little drizzle of olive oil.

We wouldn't want our friends to lack flavour now would we?

Yes. You aren't forced to use condiments.
It's rude as well.
