OK. What is the main verb? "obliterate." what is doing the obliterating? The fog. Therefore "the fog" is the subject.
what is it obliterating? "your view" this is therefore the object.
The complete predicate will be "on rainy days" (when it happens) and "your view". "does" is part of the verb.
