TV towers emit radiation in the RF spectrum. Plants don't absorb anything like that. There are a few like diffenbachia that do absorb contaminants in the air, but not radiation.

And unless the tower is directly over your house, with its wave guides directed right at you, you're not getting radiated anyway.

Plants are pretty much tranparent to electromagnetic radiation. If you are really worried about this you should make an aluminum foil hat.
