how can i copy text from a pdf?

Question

i need to design a menu To-Go for this restaurant. I have adobe reader 8 but when i select the text and copy it and paste it, there is no text there is only weird symbols. can somebody help me? the link is

i've tried it and u r right... just become weird symbols.......

The best way is to transfer it to adobe illustrator.... the text will still be all intact. I even tried with notepad and notepad usually neutralize the font... but it doesn't happen in this case... weird heh....
