Try to lower the nos,. u somke every month. Don't do it all of a sudden. Mark the times when you need to smoke & believe me , if you are smoking 4 cigarettes a day right now , then you will leave this habit in around 5 months.
It is my last month of smoking and I am down to onyl 1 per day. I started my course with 8 cigrattes & it took me around 10 months.

Omg Listen here..... I havent seen my neighbor in 4 months... he used to come out and smoke about 15 cigarettes daily outside his house. I saw him last week and asked: " Jim, where have you been havent seen you in months"...he had a beard and seemed different. He was like well, I went to my doctor and he gave me this medicine and one of its side effects is that one does not chase the nicotine... he said that he chose an important day, his daughter's BDAY and he now always says... I havent smoked since July 10th... Medicine WORKS!, he added that he thought that the drug wouldnt help at all and he said that is 100x easier to withdraw from cigarettes than trying to quit without help... You should ask your doctor about EVERY option.. do some research.

Cigeratte causes Lungs, Laryngs, Bronchal, Mouth Cancer, and many more. To quit you need very strong will power. For moral support you can just use anti-smoking chewing gums.

That's fine but it would be better to reduce more...actually you can rid out from this quickly by stopping....it's only a mere decision and will power, the solution is within that limit why you don't grab it...lots of smart people can do it why don't you?

the only way to quit smoling is to just make up ur mind, set a date and tell all your friends u r going to quit......and on the given day just stop smoking....its is difficult but with strong will power it can be done ..... other imp thing is avoid friends when they smoke around u or if u have an urge to smoke jst chew a mint or keep ur self busy.....its tough but not impossible.........

in doesnt appear u really want to quit smoking..but anyways..there are nicotine patches awailable at pharmacy which will give u the right dose required ...and u can reduce gradually..
