settings on my computer?

my screen resolution is set at 640-480 and my color quality is at 4, i cannot change it cause i have no options too.how can i fix this?.everythings so blurry on my screen and cannot do much ...can anyone help with this problem? i tried trouble shooting and nothing..what else is there to do ?

use the buttons on your monetor to fix the v-hold and h-hold till its clear
