That's pretty much the cheapest you will find it at that's safe. I think it's better to just buy the game for 10 USD, that way you get everything for one dollar more =P. But I don't know what your budget is. Or even spend another 10 USD to get the battle chest which includes Lord of Destruction. (not to mention the two game manuals which aren't useful, but hey, it's pretty much free with the price of the battle chest).
