I had the same problem. I found a solution. I play basletball almost every single day. So i decided to find a player that plays a similar style as I do and watch him play to try to learn something. So now I always watch that players team and I am enthusiastic about watching the game cuz it helps me learn.

I'm kind of similar, but my advice is, just don't watch! It sounds like you're forcing yourself to watch something you don't really like to watch that much. Find something else that you can get enthusiastic about, and be content with only watching March Madness

There's no rule that say just because you like college basketball you also have to like professional basketball.
