I turn it up as hot as I can handle. I don't want to burn myself. The hot water feels good... it's so relaxing! : )

I usually go more for the hot water. It just feels better to be warm than cold. The bad part of that is that the air outside the shower will seem so cold after such a nice hot shower.

I turn on the hot water, but not too hot, and then gradually make it cooler and cooler (but not too cold) to feel refreshed, just before I get out.

Really hot. Our water tank is stuffed so I don't even use cold water anymore. xD
