my car isn't starting and I have eliminated everything from battery to altinator to starter now I know its not any three of those things cause my radio, lights and power windows/locks work and it acts like it wants to turn over but doesn't start so could this possibly be a fuse for the fuel pump?

Yes, or it could be a relay.

check to see if you have spark.... remove a pug wire and put a plug in the end of it and lay it on the engine making sure that it grounds good...have some one turn the engine over you should see spark... that will identify a problem in the ignition system.... if you have spark try spraying a small amount of starter fluid or gas into the intake (where the air filter is ) if the engine tries to start then you have a fuel problem - most likely the fuel pump... hope this helps ya find the problem... good luck

s Be more specific, Does it turn over? Meaning, the starter is causing the engine to turn, " acts like it wants to start" Do you hear the start of the combustion process, i.e. Spattering sound"
Describe car: year, make, model, engine, transmission.
It is probably best you go to the library and find a specific repair manual for your vehicle and copy the necessary information if you want to fix it your self.

Good Luck
