Depending on the state you're in and your level of honesty. You can file for divorce or all kinds a $hit that you want to make up, it just depends on what you believe and what you can live with. Always consider all the options especially if children are involved!! Get professional advice.

None here in the U.S. infedlity is no longer grounds for divorce in U.S. the best would be "irreconcilable differences" unless there was abuse of some sort then you could us "cruelty". If he simply walked away you might try "abandonment.
