I suggest you to get rid of all these softwares. Get AVG antivirus, Spybot-Search & Destroy, and WinPatrol for the safe running of your system. AVG protects your system from viruses, Spybot takes careof Spywares,Adwares, trojans and threats from the installed softwares and WinPatrol provides you with real time analysis of your system and any changes made to it without your knowledge.

Best of all these are all freewares and are effective than most of their paid counterparts. available.
I have had these softwares for over five years now without slowing or crashing my system and is free of all the threats so far. I Trust these three softwares. You can also install Mcafee Site Advisor. These three softwares include most of the features provided by the ones mentioned by you.

Try the following:
1. unplug the power supply from your computer and internet connection.
2. wait for at least 15 min.
3. plug back the power supply.
4. Either the computer restart itself, or you start it, i.e. power up your computer
5. Ignore what is happening, just insert the CD-ROM of antivirus (avast may be good enough), Then do a full scanning and cleaning.

This should be able to get rid of that virus.
