it depends on whats letting me down

I have tried it both ways, and I find that if I carry on without complaint, I shoulder the burden alone.
If I share my complaint, I can bring others down.
Then, after my wife and I fought over this subject for about a year or more, she finally made me understand that I could share the conundrum with out making a complaint about it. The we could share the walk of researching the obstacle until we discovered better ways of doing and being.
I like this method better than complaining, because a complaint is passive where as searching and discovering is affirmative and aggressive. whether it is accomplished alone or with a friend.

To be honest a lot of times I just carry on but its really not that good to. I usually end up eaten away by whats going on until I just spill it all to a friend. If you are feeling down about something, talk to someone. It can be hard but a good friend will be willing to listen. Or even a stranger like me so if you need to talk Spunnout2000@hotmail.com

I usually carry on without complaint, unless it's really bad. If I say anything, then you know it's hospital time!

I do not believe in holding in anger for it only makes me more angry and resentful so yes..I voice my complaints but I try to be as open and honest as I can without really causing harm to others. Cherie

Usually without complaint, unless I'm really bad and it's affecting my performance. Or if I'm contagious - usually I stay away from others til I'm better, but sometimes you can't.

Usually just carry on. No one wants to put up with a complainer. If someone can't see your are sick or don't feel good, why bring it to their attention!

eh half and half, if i have an argument to refute about something geting me down i will tell someone, but usually their my own problems and unless i desperately need to vent (happens every couple of years) i usually bottle that up. It may not be healthy but why burden other people with my problems
