I have a lot of prickles in a small part of my foot...someone help me with this please?

I've had it for 7 months..and it looked like a fish eye at first..but it has developed into something else...not it has a ton of prickles in it, and its infected..I'm afraid that it'll get worse, and they'll have to cut my foot off because of, quite possibly, gang green...someone please help me with something that can stop this, or maybe you can tell me what it is. I honestly dont remember how I got it.

Have you seen your doctor? You need to get it taken care of ASAP. If you are a diabetic it is even more important that you get it checked.
