Well black shoes go with anything. Brown shoes with black pants are a no no.
I am not sure if you are wearing this for work, then it is isn't a problem (other than brown is not a really good colour for work) or in your free time (then you can mix your brown pants with anything, depending on how cool you want to look).
Personally I don't like the all matching colour look, brown shirt pants and shoes would make you look a bit like a turd.

Alot of people seem to think that brown and black go together but personally I've always HATED it together. Truth be told, if the brown is dark enough, then you should probably be able to get away with it but I think that people need to take the color wheel into consideration...brown and black are VERY close together..typically, colors that are close together on the color wheel are considered clashing colors. But it's all what YOU want to do :)
