if you bought it brand new contact the dealer and tell him it was not set prpoerly and have him fix it, or call a manufactured home mover and ask him for an estimate to reset it.Also if the dealer offers no solution contact your states manufactured housing board for an answer. They will offer solutions

First, where is it splitting?

Second, What kind of foundation have you got under it?

Third When did you purchase the home, was it a new purchase, and is it still covered by warranty?

These homes are heavy, and they need a good foundation...unfortunately, a lot of owners will try to cut corners by putting the bare minimum under the home.. and in some states, that means just a pad on top of the dirt...while it may be legal, it's not a good idea.

Insurance companies will not pay out for faulty installations.

Email me, and I'll be happy to go over it all with you.

Good Luck

Is it splitting because they just set it on blocks. When the soil softens the blocks sink and the outside walls sink a few inches pulling the center apart?

If so you need to hire a contractor build a proper foundation. If this is a new unit and they just come out and adjust it demand they fix the foundation.

Is there a warranty?
Shouldn't that be a one time fix it thing?
Sounds as if someone is ripping you off.
Do the research.
It sound like there is a seal that is suppose to be placed that is being installed wrong.
Next time get a grantee and do some research before you call some company.
Know what needs to be done
That way you don't get "soaked" the next time it rains!
(I apologize. I can not help myself!)

they didn't set it right so what is happening is when it rains the ground gets soft and it sinks on one side or the other causing it to split, I would contact the dealer you bought it from or whoever you had set it up and tell them to reset it correctly or you will take them to court.

maximum properties now are surprisingly lots built a similar way. they are pieced jointly on internet site. no longer many are stick built anymore. I grew up in a trailer, and lived in a single until eventually I moved out at sixteen.
