You should, you've come closer to beating the Pats than anyone else this year. Think about it all you non-Pats fans, your team wins, and it's a bummer for you because they didn't destroy their opponent.

It's great being a Pats fan!

I'm sure Belichick will lay into them. Look out Ravens!

You shut down Moss, we will throw it to Welker. It doesn't matter if you lose by 3 or 55, losing is losing. Eagles found out the same lesson that the Cowboys learned.....you can't stop everyone......

Reid had a great game plan, but it still wasn't enough to overcome the greatest team in NFL history. 16-0, mark it down.

Yes & no. It makes me feel better that they have the ability to play at the level necessary to still make the playoffs this year. On the other hand it's a game they could and probably SHOULD have been able to win when all was said and done. 2nd & 4 on the 27, you just don't try to force it deep. Biggest killer was the TD with 8 seconds left in the first half though. Shoulda beat the 10-1 Packers & coulda (maybe shoulda) won against the 11-0 Pats.....................but didn't pull out either.

It's a game of inches and the Eagles just gave away a couple too many inches tonight.........

I don't kow if Belicheck will lay into them, they played a good game. They just didn't blow the Eagles away like everyone said they would, whihc is why alot of people say it is luck that they won. Luck means nothing without skill ot take advantage of it. Brady still threw for 380, and Welker and samuels had what is known as a "career game". No one has figured out a way to shut down all of the Patriots weapons, though the Eagles did an excellent job of shutting down Moss tonight.

Only the Eagle fans who took the points and bet on the Eagles would be happy with tonight's results.
Notice that when Assante Samuel and Wes Welker were interviewed after the game, they were apologetic at how bad the Patriots looked. Let's not gloat over this one. Way too close for comfort.

even nevertheless Im on the incorrect component of issues, (being a Mets fan) Gallardo pitched an marvelous interest and did a great interest getting out of jams. the mets might desire to get Santana some runs and whats the manage bringing interior the bullpen. Santana substitute into dominant with the aid of 8 and then u usher in that crappy Igarashi interior the ninth to blow it. Santana and Gallardo might desire to of long previous 10 each. The Brewers made the stable decision with the help of leaving him in interior the ninth and it paid off for them. desire we win the following day nevertheless, yet stable win for the Brewers. They necessary it.

No they dont. Some are already hatin'. I wanted the Eagles to be blown out - but they gave a great game. I give it to them. I wouldve been pissed at the Pats for letting the eagles come in their home and get walked all over.

It is so much more interesting to watch a close game. Great performance by the Eagles. The Patriots' defense should have adapted sooner...

God I now know why people hate us Patriots fans so much! I am happy they won and I am also happy they didn't completely cream this team since it was actually worth watching the game for unlike the Bills game. Stupid questions like this one have opened my eyes to the ugliness of some fans and those people probably haven't lived through the bad times of their teams and just jumped on the bandwagon as the Patriots as well as the Boston Celtics have gotten many fans from that.

They should feel good about this game. They played VERY well. They played a HARD 60 minutes. They showed a lot of heart and soul. They prepared well for this game, they caught the patriots off guard, and the Patriots almost lost this one.

The Eagles did great. It was their game though the refs. gave it to the Pats. Gave them a first down when they didn't get it and a touchdown that was out of bounds. It was clear in the replays.
