How do you define sound? Is it the vibrations in the air, which will certainly be there, or the interaction between the vibrations and the eardrum sending signals to the brain? If you answer my question, your question will be easy to answer.

Nope, sound is vibrations in the air hitting the hairs in your ear causing them to vibrate. So if nothing is around to pick up those vibrations, technically there is no sound.
