For hotels, they do charge extra for an extra person.

Well, morally is it okay or will there be repricutions for bringing him in with him taken off the bill? We had a hotel party once, and decided it would be too expensive to pay for the 25 people in one room- so we said there was only one person when they gave us the keys we went in and one at a time the people went up to the room. We never got caught (or if we did they didn't say anything). I highly doubt they will even notice to be honest. If they do say its a friend from town visiting you and he isnt spending the night- thats the only reason they charge is if the person is sleeping in the room not if they are just staying the day.

Uh, no, it's fair for them to charge extra depending on the number of people, and many hotels do.

Yes, you should. Is it ok? That's up to you. I do it all the time. What's the extra $10 for anyway? Towels? I think the fee is rediculous.
