Maybe he respects you or himself or both and thinks you should wait for marriage to be more intimate.

Maybe you would be his first time also. He might be alittle scared and not know how to approach you. The time and place has to be right also. You dont want to just do it anywhere...remember respect for yourself. Ask him "how do you feel about haveing sex"? You should get a good idea from his answer where he stands with you.

Ask him how he feels. You will make out with your boyfriend when the time is right. Take things slow. Hold hands when you are together. Hug him often. See how he reacts the next time you kiss him.

try communicating with your boyfriend more, and being honest. it'll take some weight off your chest, and both of you will feel more comfortable with eachother. and remember, don't rush into anything that you aren't comforable with. if you don't feel like you can handle it, then you probably aren't ready for it. good luck

talk to him about it. maybe he's just more reserved, maybe he's just not that into you...but you won't find out on yahoo answers. talk to him about your concerns. "i really like you, but i don't feel like we're showing enough affection...etc."
