First they 'acquired' The Rhine land de-militarised zone set up after WWI between Germany and France in 1936, then Austria, Czechoslovakia in stages and part of Poland (which they shared with the USSR). That took them until late 1939.

Poland parts Russia France they made friends with Italy,Holland and Belgium.

None completely.Just the Sudetes, part of Poland & Austria´but only parts not a complete country
